OK so it's kind of a boring something but one of my headlights had been struggling and I swapped the bulbs.
I was hoping it wasn't a wiring issue because usually the light would come back on when I manually adjusted it (i.e. Smacked it with my hand). Decided to at least give a bulb swap a try and that seems to have done the trick.
